1. The promo is open exclusively to the following:
   • All existing BPI Express Credit cardholders (Classic, Blue MasterCard, Gold MasterCard, Petron-BPI MasterCard, Edge MasterCard, and BPI-WorldPerks MasterCard) of good credit standing.
   • All existing BPI, BPI Family Savings Bank, BPI Direct cardholders (Express Teller, Jumpstart, BPinoy).
(Note: BPI Express Credit Corporate Classic and MasterCard cards are NOT qualified to join the promo.)
2. Promo period is from May 18 to July 15, 2010.
3. To qualify, cardholder should use his BPI Express Credit card or BPI Express Teller via Express Payment System (EPS) to purchase at any merchant during the promo period. Transaction should be approved via Point-of-Sale card terminal. BPI Express Credit Cash Advance transactions are also qualified. For purchases made abroad, cardholder must also present the statement of account to verify the Peso value equivalent of the specific transaction.The following transactions, however, are not qualified to redeem the FREE Pizza Hut dish:
   1. online purchases and internet payments;
   2. mail and telephone order purchases; and
   3. BPI Express Teller withdrawals.
4. To redeem the free Pizza Hut dish, cardholder must submit for verification the original charge slip or transaction receipt and present the BPI card used for the transaction to any authorized Pizza Hut personnel before release of the free dish.
5. Cardholder can redeem the featured Pizza Hut dish at any Pizza Hut Restaurant and Pizza Hut Bistro nationwide. Redemption is not valid in Pizza Hut delivery stores and slice counters.
6. The redemption is valid for dine-in only. Take-out and delivery orders will not be allowed.
7. Cardholder can choose to redeem any one (1) of the following food items for every qualified transaction:
   

   Choice of any Supreme Buddy Pan Pizza or Caesar Salad	For a minimum single transaction of P1,500
   Choice of Fettuccini Ala King or Spaghetti Bolognese	For a minimum single transaction of P3,000
   Choice of any Family Supreme Pan Pizza	For a minimum single transaction of P7,000

8. Only one (1) free dish can be redeemed per charge slip or transaction receipt. A customer is allowed up to three (3) redemptions per day per store only.
9. A single purchase transaction requires only one approval. Splitting into smaller transaction sizes and, consequently, requiring multiple transaction approvals will not be allowed.
10. The free Pizza Hut dish cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or discounts.
11. Redemption period is until September 15, 2010.

4. Wait for your design to be approved via e-mail
5. View and vote for your design at the t-shirt gallery

Contest Mechanics:

1. To join, contestants must register their name, and other contact details at wheatgrasscan.com.
2. Contestants are to submit t-shirt designs about Easy Pha-max Wheatgrass.
3. Designs can be in the form of graphics, written messages or both.
4. Designs must be printable. No special stitching, buttons, tassels or other special materials will be accepted.
5. Designs must be contained within a printing area of 12″ x 12″ on the front or back of the shirt. Larger designs will subject to review by contest officials.
6. Designs and artwork must be for t-shirts only. Polo shirts, blouses, polos and other forms of tops will not be considered.
7. Profanity, obscene language and overly offensive messages or artwork will be disqualified.
8. Contestants can submit as many designs as possible but must be duly described and named for differentiation.
9. T-shirt designs must be easy to manufacture and affordable to produce.
10. Submissions of entries will be from February 20, 2010 to May 31, 2010.
11. Once this is done, contestants must upload photos of their entries with adequate verbal description.
12. Contestants will receive a confirmation message to confirm their entry in the contest.
13. The top 15 designs and designers will be gathered for the grand finals event in July 2010 where the 3 winning designs will be selected.
14. The winning t-shirt designs will be mass produced and used by the company for future promotions.
15. The online voting will be from May 21, 2010 until June 30, 2010.
16. The online voting will close once the contest period ends.

Criteria for Judging:

1. Creativity – 40%
2. Relevance for Product – 20%
3. General Impact – 30%
4. Manufacturability – 10%

Terms and Conditions:

1. All designs submitted for the contest are deemed the property of Easy Pha-max Phils. Inc. and can be used for future marketing efforts.
2. Designs that violate copy rights of other brands, have been copied from ready made designs on the internet will be disqualified if caught.
3. The company reserves the right to disqualify design entries that are deemed inappropriate and you will be informed to resubmit a new design or that you have been disqualified from the contest.
4. The contest is only for Philippine residents.
5. The Grand Finals event will be held in Metro Manila. Contestants that are selected for the grand finals to compete for the Prizes.
6. The contestant must be physically present during the grand finals event if selected or else their place will be forfeited.
7. Any transportation or travel expenses to be incurred by grand finalists that live outside of Metro Manila, will not be covered or reimbursed by Easy Pha-max Phils., Inc.

Rules of Voting:

1. Voting period will be from May 21-June 30, 2010.
2. Gallery visitors can only vote 5 times during the entire voting period.
3. Contestants are allowed to vote for their own designs.
4. The judges’ selection of finalists and winners is not affected by the voting process.
